Aero full boost??

The boost on my '94 manual Aero used to spike to 18 psi (halfway through the red) and then gradually settle down at around 15 psi (at the very end of the red/yellow dashed lines) under full throttle. However, it now slowly climbs to 15 psi and remains there. Needless to say, the car is much less fun to drive. I want my boost back! I've been trying to track this problem down for about three months, and since, I've already checked the following:
-Pressure tested the system for leaks; found a leaking BPV, replaced it
with the 20psi viggen model
-Changed my gas station, running only 93 octane
-Re-set the computer and did adaptation runs twice
-I replaced a bad BPC about 5 months ago, so I don't suspect that's it. I
cleaned it anyways.
Is there anything else I should check? Is this a sign of a failing DI cassette? Any help is appreciated.
