If the crack in valve seat was on cylinder 3, then that explains the low compression on cyl 3. But a crack in the valve seat I don't believe would cause the cooling sytem to pressurise.
Sounds like something else is going on. You seem to have pretty low compression all around, which could be the head gasket. Try taking out the plugs and pressurising the cooling system with a hand pump and listen for leaks in the cylinders with a piece of tube. If you hear leaks, its probably the headgasket.
