Hello all....I have a problem with my 97 9000CSE and have been doing some research. My car is running great, the only problem being a slight chirp/yelp when the car shifts from 2-3. Today I went to check my fluids and noticed that the coolant reservoir fluid was brown. Also, it was overflowing a little bit, though not a lot. At first I though maybe I had mixed red and green antifreeze, but I don't think I would have done that. Also, because of the chirp sound, I checked the tranny fluid and it was a good 3/4 quart low. I've seen posts by Anders and David Ingram where they both talk about the tranny lines running through the radiator- is this the same setup on the 1997 models as well. If so, that seems to be my problem, right? Anything else I should look at before I start working? Also, I just changed the heater core about two months ago- don't know if that figures in at all...
Thanks as always for the help and ideas,
Chris
