Not on the driver's door, but on a rear door. You can access almost all of the bolts except for the one that holds the courtesy light on. You might be able to get at the light and remove it. If not, spares are available at the junk yard.
The only trick is getting the bottom of the door free. Those are push fasteners. With the back door open and the driver's seat pushed all the way forward, use a putty knife to pop the fasteners at the bottom of the door, working forward. When you can go no farther, slide the seat all the way back, and from the footwell, pop the fastener at the front/bottom of the door. Getting it clear of the seat will be a little tricky, but shoul be doable.
It'll require a bunch of reaching and squirming, but it should be possible.
