I have the exact rust in the exact same locations. Just take care of the windshield rust soon, or else you'll develop leaks like I have. I let it go for the winter, and water mainly just froze and didn't come in (its Maine, afterall). After a recent trip to an automatic carwash, it looked like Niagra falls coming in on top of my windshield... I wasn't too happy that it was dripping right on my Sirius radio and radar detector. Last fall when I price shopped for replacement windshields (this one is a little pitted), they wanted between $30-100 to reseal the exsiting windshield, and $150-300 to replace the windshield and repair the rust. Repairing the rust makes the most sense to me.
I also can't wait to repair the wheel arch rust, that drives me nutty. It looks like a relatively new car besides the little bit of rust on the arch.
