Yaofeng has it right. Look at the voltage on fuse 13 when the key is turned to ON. Most tab type fuses have little open areas in the plastic on the side with the number printed. This allows you to touch a meter lead to the metal and see the voltage. If your fuses don't have this feature, you can pull the fuse out, and with the meter, turn the key to ON and check both contacts in the fusebox. One is the 'hot' side and one, well, isn't. So one should show battery voltage and the other not. I can never remember which side (left or right) is hot. As long as one is, you've got the power. Turn the key off and stick the fuse back in.
