That's the low washer fluid light... When my fluid gets low, my light goes on too because the force of acceleration must push the fluid back enough to trip the sensor.
Sounds like you're hitting fuel cutoff. When you boost too much, the Trionic system will cut power to the fuel pump temporarily to protect the engine. It feels just as it sounds, a harsh cutoff off fuel.
Do a search for BPC, because your BPC valve is probably biting the dust.
