Yes, that's it. I traced back to postings from the guy on the 900, 99 and Sonett boards, and on the General board (about Solar Energy) - he's posted under other names - SPGeorge and 92Scarab. He seemed genuine - and your post raised some questions - so I called him.

He said he had recently lived in suburbia (his cell phone area code is from Long Island) but lost the house and garage in his divorce. He recently sold his SPG and Sonett thru auction (and I see he's got perfect feedback.) He has to sell the Aero because he's keeping his 92 9000 Turbo (had tried to sell that a few month ago but thinks he can get more for the Aero) - and can only park one car at his apartment. He said the engine looks a little rough because the previous owner (a college student who had been gotten the car from his father, the original owner) had left it with oil leaking for a while. He didn't want to steam clean it because he feels that could damage wiring, vacuum hoses, etc.. but has been cleaning it up as he went along. He also said he had a Buy It Now price of $3900 on it.

Thanks for your input - and I think I will be bidding unless the bidding goes too high.
