Pop the radio out. I'm pretty sure there is a fuse on the back, and that's for the 'keep alive' circuit. It's possible that popped, and that explains why it keeps forgetting.
And while the radio is out, I would unplug all the connectors and spray them with contact cleaner. After it completely dries (15 minutes or so), plug it all back in. With the newer cars, I seem to run into radio issues about once a year that are immediately cleaned up by cleaning the contacts.
That may not fix your particular problem, but it's cheap and quick, and a good idea to do first.
