The light comes on below 105 bar pressure; it's off above that. The ABS pump runs if the pressure drops below 140 bar, and shuts off at 180 bar.

Just sitting around, the pressure in the accumulator leaks down. That's normal. How far down it will leak depends on the temperature and the condition of the valve. Once the engine is started, the ABS pump runs, and the pressure starts to build up; once it hits 105 bar, the light goes out, but the pump will continue to run until it hits 180 bar. According to the manual, it can take 10-15 seconds to go from 140 to 180; that implies that the pump will continue running about 20-30 seconds after the light goes out.

How fast the pump pressurizes the system depends on temperature, pump efficiency, and voltage. If you alternator is putting out 12.9 volts at idle, the pump will be slower than if it's putting out 13.9 volts. The amount of time it takes for the light to go out depends on how far it leaked down.

What it all boils down to is that the time it takes for the light to go off is highly variable, not only with temperature, but with individual cars. Unless it's taking a very long time (over a minute or so), I don't consider it a measure of system condition. Like in many things associated with the build up and release of pressure, faster isn't always better.

What counts is (1) the lights go out after the car is started, (2) the lights stay off while driving and braking, and (3) the accumulator diaphram isn't blown. #3 would show up if the lights came on after a few hard brake applications in a very short (a few seconds) period of time.
