AC compressor and radiator fan

I am lazy. I should start looking at the wiring diagram to diagnose the radiator fan and AC clutch.
This is the last of the problem of my 94cde after replacing the engine about a month ago.
The ground connection on the intake has been corrected to mount on its original location. Although the first crank no start was traced to one unconnected wire.
The blower motor blowing high all the time and not responding to pushing any buttons on the ACC panel has been corrected by replacing the fan speed control.
Still the AC compressor doesn't kick on. The radiator fan doesn't come on either. Today in a traffic jam I had to turn the heat to high to prevent the engine from overheating because the radiator fan doesn't come on.
The collision damages I'll fix them one by one. Today I pulled a bumper from the junkyard in my town. I also pulled a passenger side headlight wiper motor and made it work for the driver side. Except the wiper is different. So I ordered the driver side headlight wiper from Eeuro. Also ordered the rear muffler to replace the collision damaged one.
Anyone has a driver side headlight and mounting cage for a 94cde? I think MY 91 to 94 with the tall headlights fit.
