Buying a Used 9KT

I've recently looked over a 94 9KT and it looks like I've fallen in love with the 9000 series all over again. I doubt any of you will remember me but I was an active poster from 1998-2000 when I owned an 88 9KT. Since then I moved on to a Chevy Blazer, a Mercedes C230, and my current 2003 Jaguar X-Type, coming off lease and can't wait to get rid of it.
Anyways, there are a few issues with this 94, minor in my estimation, but I did want to get a little bit of advice before handing over a check.
Problem 1: Passenger Side Door lock inoperative & passenger side door will not open from the outside.
Problem 2: Radio prompts for code after start-up.
Problem 3: Cruise works intermitently.
The reason I got rid of my 88 was because the head gasket went. Not knowing much about the second gen 9K's I also wanted to solicit general advice as to other areas I should look at. I appreciate your replies and look foward to coming back home to Saab! (My 88 was my first car and I loved her very much if you guys couldn't tell)
BTW Is Townsend Imports still around? I remember they used to advertise all over this site but I didn't see anything. Hope there wasn't a falling out of sorts...
