This is a great post for diagnosing TCS problems. Eric noted that the pedal potentiometer turned out to be the solution to his problem and in living with our 93 Aero for over a decade, I've found the pedal potentiometer connection to be the most common cause of TCS failure/limp home mode. Disconnecting the connector at the pedal and cleaning the contacts or sometimes just wiggling the connector often will solve the problem at no cost. If you experience TCS failure, I recommend checking under the hood for loose hoses, as Eric notes, and then checking the pedal potentiometer connection. If the failure persists, move on to other items on Eric's list.
