I'm with wolf_walker on this one. Those signals go through the EDU (display behind the instrument panel) and really nowhere else. The Oil Level light should go out and stay out - it shouldn't come on during engine running because oil level is unreliable when the engine is running.
That points to a poor connection between the circuit board that is the EDU and the connector. The only downside is that removing the dash top is a bit of a pain.
Of course, it doesn't hurt to make sure the coolant reservoir sensor isn't loose. It just sticks up into the bottom of the reservoir, and sometimes works loose.
The oil level sensor could be messed up - it is just a float, and I've seen the floats sink.
