I've tried hunting vacuum stuff multiple times. The intake seal is new and I've done the carp spray thing there, the evap canister is disconected and lines plugged to the motor, I've sprayed around the injectors and wiggled them while listining and watchig RPM and nothing, I think I pluged the brake booster once but I might try again it's been so long. The intake between turbo and filter is made by me and solid, the PCV system is tight and has a new seal at the valve cover even with all new hoses. The idle control valve hoses are good, I've looked and felt on the BPC hoses and they seem fine, the wastegate I've not really tested but boost seems to act exactly like it should so I did not suspect that really.
This isn't to say it's not a vacuum leak, but if it is it's a hidden one.
Wouldn't it show up on the O2 sensor voltage if it was bad enough to make it act like this? And it runs so darn good when it's warm now, just almost like I think it should, really close.
