TCS CTRL Issue - How do I check the wheel sensors?

It appears that I no longer have an issue with vacuum in my car, but I continue to have an issue with the TCS CTRL light being on and the car partially being in LHM. My car idles low, but will otherwise perform as normal and after reading some posts from other sites last night, I'm wondering how to check the other parts that make up the TCS. In particular the sensors on the wheels. I have had two different occurances where the TCS CTRL light came on and the car went into LHM. One was from hitting a dip in the road and the other occured when I took a sharp turn at speed.
Again, thank you all so much for your help,
Ted
