AS burt says, to our knowledge no-one has ever done this. You cannot eliminate TCS, you want to eliminate the electronic throttle system altogehter. That means you need a different wiring harness, different (conventional) accelerator pedal and wires, different TB, different ECU as well, probably (you don't have trionic but LH2.4.2 with APC).
Buy a non-TCS car if you must.
If you just don't want traction control, you might install the on/off switch, although I do not know if this is at all possible on the 1992 model. I think you would need a MY 93 and up.
