First off, for the drains. Go to Home Depot or some such and find some 14 or 16AWG solid-conductor electrical wire, about six feet of it, and run that up the drains. Fold the ends over so you don't have a sharp point on the wire. It's more flexible than a coat-hanger and for the rear drains you need something a lot longer, because in my experience the plugs are usually up at where the tubes join the sunroof pan.
If you let someone use an air compressor to blow out the drains be careful because it's possible to blow the tubes off the sunroof pan inside the headliner.
Wet leather seats are a bad thing if they're allowed to get hot afterward, the leather will shrink and get all hard and crusty and there's basically no way to fix them at that point short of new upholstery. That's more or less why I decided to put the Aero interior in our '92.
If you need to just seal the thing until weather clears off, duct tape is the way to go.
