I'm assuming you have a completely functional glass moonroof assembly - that is, the entire pan with the cables, tracks, panel, etc. I have no idea how or even if it's possible to swap just the moonroof panel.
Here's what I did on my '92 to install a glass moonroof assembly out of a '97 CSE:
Remove the headliner. That means you remove the A- and C-pillar trims and any/everything you need to get out of the way to get to them like the rear-speaker panels, the the B-pillar trims and all the seatbelt, door threshold pieces you need to pull off to get them out, the visors, mirror, dome light, door weatherstrips, the windlace around the sunroof opening, the plastic strip along the hatch opening, and the retainer above the rear seat, peel loose the fabric around the sunroof hole, recline the seats, drop the whole thing down and pull it out the hatch. Approximately 2 hrs to this point if you're working steadily.
Haul the headliner and A- and C-pillar trims off to the upholstery shop to be recovered.
Unplug all the connectors at the front of the sunroof pan where the motor is. Disconnect the drain hoses. Unscrew the nuts that hold the pan assembly to the roof. The pan is the sunroof on its tracks with the motor, cables, everything. It's one piece and weighs about 60lb. You'll probably have to run the front seats back up and pile something on them to keep one side of the pan from falling too far while you're working on the other. Once all the bolts and clamps are out pull the whole thing out the hatch. This takes about half an hour.
Install the new one the same way the old one came out. Connect up the motor and make sure it fits properly in the hole, if it doesn't then shift the pan around until it does. Once everything fits and works, tighten up the screws, wire-tie all the wiring up where it belongs. Maybe an hour if you need to juggle and adjust; mine worked perfectly right away.
Now wait for the headliner to come back from the upholsterer. Once you've got the headliner back you put the rest of the interior back together.
