shuttering on moving out of first gear

Howdy,
Just noticed today that my 92 9000T stick shift would shutter when moving out of 1st gear. I ran checks on all the gear movements and it seems like all positions shift fine while standing still. When I tried to move forward, I thought for a moment I was locked out of first and second and just running on 3rd and 4th when this happened. The car has 130k miles and I believe a clutch job was done before by the first owner. The temperature is hot today at 90' so if there is contamination on the clutch maybe that is it. I am open to hear other theories on this issue. thanks, Rich
