All my mods:
stage 4 SQR
Group 9 kevlar clutch (6 puck it chatters)
3" steel pipe intake fender to turbo
3" JT turbo back with 3" cat
it's fun, real fun, and by fun I mean my tires hate me.
21psi consistently and my base boost is a bit low with a leaky bypass valve.
I chose stage 4 because anymore power would require fuel system mods. IMHO stage 1 (typical) is pointless, IIRC stage 1 sqr added like 20hp and 20 lb.ft. Other vendors choose to label their stages differently.
Of course I should mention the split transmission case (220K miles on the clock) that occured after the ecu mod, though I don't blame the ECU, more the 220K miles and my occasionally less than gentle driving style. Other than that (and the tire wear) I thoroughly enjoy stage 4 in my daily driver. According to the website, total horsepower should be about 300 at the flywheel and about 350-360 lb.ft. of torque. As Mike C said I have never been to a dyno so I can't back up or refute the wesbite.
Make sure you don't have any other issues prior to modding though, too many bad things happen to people when they forgo maintenance to pay for mods.
