Springs are chosen (by manuf.) according to car weight, options (auto/manual), etc... so year doesn't really play a role. Here is a "chart" that I posted some time ago...

NOTE: The springs should be marked. The marking consists of five colored zone. The springs on the left and right sides of the same axle should be of the same class, so that the car is the same height on both sides. The class is stated on the central zone in the colour combination on the spring. Zone 1 is the same as zone 5, zone 2 is the same as zone 4.
