Hi folks, it's good to be back home. I have gone into the wilderness with an Acura Legend(worst valve seals and head gaskets I've ever witnesed)a BMW 750 IL(way too thirsty)BMW 325I(fishtailing in light rain)Alfa Romeo 164S(parts way too rare and expensive)Mercedes 300E (slowest out all vehicles I've owned) Yesterday I purchased a 1993 Aero black on black 5 speed with 173K. The DI failed on the way home so I'm stuck. Waiting on my old group of Saabers to find a DI for me and trying to source one myself. However I've always found myself checking out the Saab Net every other day and watching the helpfullness and brotherhood between each other throuout the year. This site is the best site STILL.... and not outclassed by any in the reaches of cyberspace and I'll try to be as helpful with my experience and not stay so silent. My heart stayed with the Griffin regardless of what I was driving. I wasn't nearly as happy with either of the vehicles I mentioned in the last year until I started driving the Aero(my first) and then I realized even more of what I was missing in pure driving pleasure...speed, power, handling capability and fun. I have some work to do on her like filter and fluid changes, tuning up, new tires checking for error codes and such and detailing(she sat for a year what a mess) I take great pleasure in being home again ...in MY SAAB!
