My understanding is that the body of the oxygen sensors are all functionally identical, and that the wiring harness is the only thing that is different on them. If you want to just be able to plug the new one in and go, well then you would get the sensor with the Saab plug for the $200+. If you are willing to do some fairly easy splicing, then you can buy the basic Ford oxygen sensor by Bosch and splice it to your existing wiring harness.

I just purchased a Bosch sensor #15735 for $78 from Sobstory (site sponsor) for our 1994 9000 Aero. This sensor comes with a set of Posi-lock electrical connectors which would simplify the splicing process. I understand from Sobstory though that they sell the more basic Ford Bosch sensor (where you supply the splicing connectors) for about $35.00.
