It's really just a bolt-in part. The hardest part is making sure you can safely put the car up on jack stands so you can get under it. If you have a set of metric wrenches, you'll have that shift coupler out in a few minutes.

However, let me back up. If you need the car and can't have it sitting idle while you wait from your part (eeuroparts.com, by the way), sometimes you can shore up the shift coupler with a couple of plastic cable ties. I once used radiator clamps for this. If you're lying under the car and have somebody move the shift lever, you'll see how the thing separates and where you should place the cable ties.
