$40-$50 at the most. If its the original one that came on your car, then I wouldn't rule out the valve as being faulty since the diaphragms in the older style were made out of rubber, which as we all know degrades over time. If you do need a new valve I'd suggest getting one of the newer "Viggen" ones which use a brass diaphragm, rather than rubber.
...and of course replace the vac lines if they're dried and cracked.
