Oh man! You are grasping for answers noone can give you.
Those small differences in measurements means absolutly nothing.
Just as a test, take your car to 10 different smog station on 10 different days and you will get readings that differs more than that.
I have seen so many test results by now by all kinds of different models and years and engines and the readings are all over the chart even when the car is running good and in most cases (hopefully) passes the test.
Here in CA (actually inner cities) we test at two different speeds, 15 and 25 mph and the test results are as I said all over the chart even when the car pass.
NOx is the most volatile one and can fling up over 1000ppm just like that and you have no clue what hit you (or the car) and it won't pass.
A bad tank of gas can alter the readings more than what you got there, or that this year the day was hotter than in 2004.
You still have a very clean running car and don't need to do anything else with it.
