1993 9000 CSE turbo

First, thanks for all the great posts in the past regarding "base boost only" issues. Apparently my diaphram is still intact in the blow test is accurate. Didn't see any visible vacuum hose issue. That said:

Yesterday during a long drive home to the hinterlands of S.E. Nebraska, the ol' girl started running on base boost only. Boost gauge does indicate that I'm still getting boost, so it's not a complete turbo failure (I hope). Didn't check the waste gate pushrod yet.

BUT - this evening, the antilock indicator also came on. Since I live in the country, I have abundant dirt roads to do a brake check, and the ABS is indeed inactive.

Could these probelms be related? A cursory search didn't indicate a "cross issue" like this reported already. If so, please feel free to point me to prior post. None-the-less - thought I'd lift it up to the experts here! Thanks in advance for any guidance.
