You can easily fix your relay for free. I had the same problem with my highbeams, searched this bb for suggestions and found that if you take the relay apart and simply resolder the connections on the mini circuit board inside the relay - that will fix the problem. You don't need any new solder, just an appropriate soldering gun to remelt the existing solder joints. Note that the relay is sealed from the factory and you have to very, very carefully cut it open to access the circuit board inside. Easy to do with a hack saw. I cut mine about a 1/4 inch up from the bottom - each side seperately - while being very careful not to cut deeper then the thickness of the plastic case. Taped it back together - works like new!
