I don't know if you have got a response on this one yet, but all the relays (aside from the ones underneath the hood) are behind the glovebox.
-Take out all the screws when you open the glove box (should be like 8 or so... don't have an exact count) DO NOT remove the ones on the inside on the sides (2 screws vertically about half-way inside), those fasten the glove-box door to the box itself. These should be either T-15 or T-20 size torx bits.
-Once that is done, then with the door open, give a little tug outward, the whole glovebox and the vent control on the side should come right out.
be careful here... there are wires attached to the switch on the glovebox, and the light in the rear (which the light only works when the headlights are on). detach the wires and put the glovebox assembly aside, note the paper on the top.... this is the layout of your relay block... which is what we will get to next.
- now you will see the fuse block at the top of the opening and the alarm computer/controller to the lower right side (good side note). There are 2 Torx size T-20 Size screws on the fuse block, remove those, and then gently let it drop (it is anchored in the rear).
- Now, I can't remember if it is zip-tied into place, but if so, you may not need to cut the zip ties.... now, the relay (if you look at the layout) should be in slot "F", but go by YOUR relay Layout if all else fails.
That should do the trick, make sure you either get a saab relay, OR one with IDENTICAL electical Characteristics and "mapping" (the little diagram on the side/top)
Now I have a favor for you... if you can, could you take a picture of what your relay looks like... because I don't have on in that slot, and I have about a dozen kicking around here. Thanks much
