If you can get by with standard repair items, any of the WorldPac vendors can give pretty good service if you are near one of the distribution warehouses.
Examples of this are:

A hybrid is AutohousAZ, which has local stocking and the WorldPac distribution. Depending on what you order it comes from Arizona or the nearest WorldPac warehouse.

There is also a consortium of dealers in the Seattle are that will typically give you 20% off factory parts. The address for them is:

Finally, if scout around, you can occasionally find car dealers that have thrown up a web site and will give you 10%-25% off on parts. For Hondas, I've found a couple of them that are reasonable.
Does that help?
