Here are some simple things you could try for a start, beginning with the easier, less invasive stuff- sequence will be altered depending on what you find at each step.
Try using your jumper wire by connecting up your fuel pump fuse circuit to the hazard lights after pulling the hazard light fuse and cranking the engine.
If your system and fuel pump relays are working, and your crank sensor is good, the hazard lights should come on while you crank. If they don't, you'll need to look further at those items.
Also try to enrich the air intake with propane or carb cleaner and see if it runs up at all; even if you hear the fuel pump, you could have some odd problem like I did with a line coming off.
Beyond that, you'll need tools to check for spark, by taking off the DI cassette (or plug wires, in your case) and putting four spare plugs on the DI, and grounding the bodies securely with some wire. I'd use some guy wire and wrap a few turns around each plug, and connecting it to the battery ground terminal. If you don't ground them, you could damage the cassette. Crank the engine and see that they show a decent spark on each.
If they do, you should take off one of the engine's spark plugs and see what it looks like; whether wet with fuel or dry. It won't start if the mixture's flooded with gas, possibly from a stuck open injector or fuel pressure regulator.
If it looks like a fuel problem, to see if you have fuel flow out from the pump without a gauge, you can try disconnecting the return line back at the pump and putting the hose in a jar, then crank or jumper the fuel pump at the glovebox. There should be fuel coming back out as the FPR bleeds back the excess pressure to the return line.
After you narrow it down, you can then look further depending on which area shows a problem.
