I've had the opportunity to exchange some emails with Richard on this. This may help others-
Code 2 is the MAP sensor, Code 6 is the O2 sensor. The car seems to be running very rich based on other data. If the MAP sensor is failed, it can cause the engine to run very rich. The signal from the O2 sensor will be stuck on the rich side, and this will trip an O2 fault. The problem is probably a bad MAP sensor, and the O2 code is a result. The fault code generation in the Trionic is not very smart - it won't mask out a code caused by another problem. This is intentional, because this kind of troubleshooting is very complex.
But it does point out that all fault codes do is point you to troubleshooting, and almost NEVER tell you directly what part to replace.
