Glad to see you saw the post. The little bit of oil you have seeping from the freeze plug is fine. All that plug covers is where the distributor went into the heads pre-DI days. Makes me laugh that the head wan't redisigned without that spot there. Most likely you will not find any fluids on the ground because what happens in one of the headgasket cases is it either leaks only a small amount from the front right corner of where the block meets the head while your looking at it and that all just evaporates when hot. Two, it gets burned in the cylinders and it'll show when you look at the plugs. Three, if your unlucky and the gasket has bit the dust, you'll have a chocolate milkshake all up the dipstick tube. And if you've never seen that you'll just shutter because that stuff is a mess. Hopefully though its just old plugs or an old DI on its way out. Good luck.
