you should be able to take all of the wiring out of the '91 9kt and take all of the wiring out of whatever 9kt has TCS and put the '91 wiring in the TCS car. thats what I'm doing. its not an easy task, you have to pull out the whole dash the seats, the carpet and put the harness through the firewall. the wiring harness should include the fuse box in the dash, and the two fuse boxes in the engine compartment. you will also need the wiring harness off of the engine. I have some pictures I will try to load them on my computer. as for your brakelight problem, I dont know what could be going on. My origional idea of the TCS removal was to unplug the Anti-Lock Brake sensors and test the resistance going through them somehow and plug a resistor into where the sensor pugged into, so the ABS computer would think that the wheels are moving at a constant speed.
