95 CS running on 3 cyclinders

My 95 CS was running rough so I checked the vacuum lines and they seemed OK. I pulled the ignition cassette, which is only 2 months old, and the plugs. Number 4 plug is black and wet, the rest look great. Checked the number 4 port in the cassette and it fires with the dirty plug. Do I have a bad cylinder or valve? Or what? Thanx!
