Some oil is normal. Turbo bearings are never "perfect," and over time residue will build up.
But why are you venting to atmosphere? I don't see that you'll gain anything in this manner; in fact you'll lose a little in that spoolup will take microscopically longer. And, you're bypassing an ecological feature if you're allowing oil vapors to escape into atmosphere (however infinitessimal the amount).
