I was going to say tighten M10 bolts to 30 ft-lbs then I saw there are several different torque settings for the M10 bolt. These are from the tech data shop manual. The bolts for the flywheel (I know. It is for the 5 speed.) have torque setting of 44 ft-lbs up to MY90 (17mm head), 63 ft-lbs for MY91 to MY93, and 59.2 for MY94 and up. And they are all M10 bolts.
Sorry I only confuse you more. BMW is much more systematic regarding setting torque values for bolts in the line up. There is a book describing how every bolt should be tightened. Does SAAB have one? I don't see it.
My guess is 30 ft-lbs is for grade 8.8, 44 ft-lbs for grade 10.9, and 59 ft-lb and higher for grade 12.9. But this is only a guess.
