I would like to move the cigarette lighter from its current location since when I have stuff plugged in there it can get in the way of the gear stick. I also want to make it a double socket so I can have my phone charging at the same time as my Sirius receiver is plugged in.
What have other people done about relocating this? I was thinking about inside the cubby hole at the bottom of the center console. Alternatively, I could hard wire the Sirius receiver and put in a socket at the back of the center arm rest for phone chargers etc?
