I've got a headgasket that is only eight months old and it weeps there a little all the time. Its because the cast iron block and aluminum head expand and contract at different rates. Looks like your missing the plug that goes into the end of the valve head to seal the posisition for the distributor which was not needed because of DI. That may cause you to leak oil as well.

Overall though I'd say thats a pretty dirty engine bay that needs cleaning before you start evaluating everything. I'd suggest clean it and then find out how bad any oil leaks are and where they start from.
