You've got a misfire and a o2 reading rich....those kinda go together. I wouldn't assume the o2 sensor isn't good. Running rich is less good than running lean - you could damage the engine if you've got misfiring.
Double check all the engine bay air hoses - including to the MAP sensor and to the fuel pressure regulator. Make sure the check valve between the grommet and the throttlebody is working. Also - check the condition and connections of the intake tubing at the hooter, the turbo, the throttle body.
Is your catalytic converter ok? Any rattling? If its plugged you might start running rich if you can't push air thru the cat.
If all that looks ok - you probably want to get some experienced help.
