The retaining ring for the pump can be persuaded off if two people place flat screwdrivers, files or the like against the inside ribs and simultaneously tap it in the "loose" direction. One person doing this will not get the ring to turn but will probably end up in destruction of the ribs.
For the tee fittings, I've had good luck if I use channel lock pliers, set so that their jaws are parallel while gripping the fitting, and then pull straight up, being very cafeful and also being well prepared to stop my arms once the fitting is loose, so that I don't damage the fitting or fuel line once they pop free.
Use new o-rings on all these bits when reassembling.
