The photo accurately depicts what it looks like. My only difficulty is that the exhaust hanger that is just upstream of the middle resonator is on the wrong side of the exhaust pipe. As you see in the photo, it sticks out towards the passenger (left hand drive cars) side of the pipe, whereas the hanger comes off the body on the driver's side of the pipe. I had to buy a hanger from an auto parts store, drill into the underbody, hang it, and spray it with undercoating.
The tailpipe fits perfectly in the rear opening. The sound is louder than stock, but quieter than the Flowmaster that I unfortunately had installed about 5 years ago. I would have liked a little lower exhaust note at WOT. This one sounds a bit like a larger motorcycle.
Another option, for about the same $$, is Bo Engstrom in Chicago:

In the photo referenced, the middle muffler section appears to be upside down, compared to how one would install it, and the rear muffler is right-side up. If this is true about the middle muffler, then the muffler hanger looks to be on the passenger side again. Truth be told, with a wider exhaust pipe, it would be hard to cram a muffler hanger into the space supplied for the stock system. Looks like Engstrom's system is substantially cheaper. I've never bought anything from him, so I don't know if he keeps stuff in stock, etc. I found this system after I'd already bought my Swedish Dynamics system.
Oh, BTW, for my catalytic convertor, I had to have a section welded to go between the DP (3" JT) and the beginning of the cat-back system. This was a lot of work - measuring, designing, talking with the welding outfit (Burns Stainless in California), and finally machining the front end of the center muffler section to accept the stainless clamp piece. If you are just bolting into an existing cat, installation should be a snap, except for that one exhaust hanger.
Sorry for the long post, but I figured you'd want lots of details.
