It's probably the fan for the thermistor that monitors the interior temperature. You will notice that one of the switch blank spots next to the key is perforated. If you pull it out, you can blow the dust that has no doubt accumulated on it off. That may or may not stop the noise. In either case, it's nothing to worry about.
