it sounds like the problem started when you had the first DI installed. Is this correct? Why did you have the first one put in? Preventative? Anyway, if that is the case (problem started with first DI), then it's obvious the problem is electrical. Carefully inspect the connector on the DI and do a continuity check. It's not clear if you removed the DI yourself and looked either. Here's another problem. How do you expect to determine if you fixed the problem if you cannot read the codes (at least that's my understanding). I mean, switching the plugs or injector connectors won't mean a thing if you cannot see that the problem remained in the same cylinder or moved to another cylinder. A bad injector or head gasket seems like a bad diagnosis if the problem started with a new DI. Shed some light, please...
