clutch pedal

hey
I'm having just a slight problem with my 91 9000 turbo. Me being a saab man since the ripe young age of 16 and running on into 25 now, i have only had four of them an 87,89 an automatic 91 and now my 91 turbo, but back to the problem. My clutch pedal is starting to stick to the floor not all the time but some of the time or should i say when it wants too. Its not like its a early morning thing or one of those when it gets warm it stops.
What happens is I can get in the car press the pedal and the clutch will engage but when i begen to release the pedal the clutch will disengage very quickly while the pedal is just about still on the floor but then sometimes it works perfectly normal.
I was thinking that mabey my fluid for the system is low and needs to be topped off, but also i was told to check the top of the tranny and if that was wet my slave cylinder was on the brink of leaving me stranded, but to my good luck no wetness if that is really a way to check the slave.
So now that leads me back to thinking that my fluid is low or my master is slowly begining to fall apart, so if at all possible can anyone give me an idea or tell me what this may be. because I would really hate to get stuck somewhere.
