personally I would retorque, loosen the bolts and then retorque following the saab proceedure except reduce your final turn by about 1/4 turn. as these are "one time stretch bolts" their is a proceedure to "reuse" them but I forget off hand what it is but basically a reduction of about 1/4 final turn. my neighbor was our local Saab / Porsche tech for 10 years and now curently and for the last 4 he has been the crew cheif on a indy car race team (don't see him juch now) but he has given me this proceedure for my old Audi, and also recomened this for my 94 Aero which I did this past fall, mine also leaked oil in the front drivers corner, it has been perfect ever since. I drove my Audi for 3 years after I retorqued the head with no problems either. but i would not recomend retorqueing to the original specs since the bolts are designed for a one time stretch. I now this is a real touchy issue for most, and many will strongly dissagree, but it has worked for me and i trust my neighbor more then anyone I have ever seen.
