Clock resetting

Dear Saab friends,
I recently pulled my in-dash Harmon-Kardon receiver out of my 95 9000 in preparation to send it to the folks as Saabradio. I had a very difficult time getting the wiring connectors to release and I buggered them pretty bad and actully pulled a wire out of one of the connectors. Immediately following the radio removal, I lost the ability to lock/unlock the doors with the key transmitter and the clock resets itself every time I start the car. I searched the archives using "clock resetting" and the only message that came close, never got answered by anyone. Does this problem sound familiar to anyone on this forum? Thanks for your time!
