If the part of the line that is leaking isn't the part with the coolant tube in it, you can splice in a piece of hose with a fitting, as along as the hose is rated for air intake use. That means no heater hose, but something that is oil resistant.
If the hose is leaking on the side of the engine where the coolant tube is, it will be lot harder to fix without buying a new, expensive hose.
