Thanks Todd, I'll look into those tires because at 47,000 miles on my current tires, it will be time to buy new ones in the next few thousand miles.

Just to give those looking for a great "Grand Touring" another idea, I have been very happy with my Bridgestone Turanza LS-V's. They are also quiet, ride well, have good handling in the dry, rain and shallow snow, and last a very long time. Many reviews on TireRack were from guys who had put 50k + miles on their Turanza's and even a few in the 75k range.

I know tire choice is a very personal thing, so I'm not saying the Turanza is the best for everyone (especially those who really want a summer, high performance tire), but if you aren't trying to get the absolute max out of your car, and want a good all 'round tire these are worth considering. I've had several sets of "high performance" tires on my car, and they were great fun, but didn't last nearly as long, were noisy, and rain performance went way down at the end of their life - as all tires do.
